9070 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 9070's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using any part of the 9070 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 9070 platform and close your account if you have one. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 9070 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age limit are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform. 9070 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one personal account on the 9070 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 9070 support team immediately.
- Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date
- You agree to update your information should any changes occur
- Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party
- Use of bots, automated scripts or third-party software to access accounts is strictly prohibited
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the 9070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX and approved digital wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Funds deposited into a 9070 account are considered wagering funds and not financial savings. The platform does not pay interest on account balances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method.

- Bank transfer withdrawals require valid account details that match your registered information
- 9070 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification purposes
- Any fraudulent transaction attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities
Terms of Use & Prohibited Conduct
All 9070 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:
- Creating duplicate accounts or using false identities
- Cheating in games or exploiting system bugs
- Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or any illicit financial activity conducted through the platform
- Spreading false information or misusing the customer support system
- Sharing or selling your account to another party
9070 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts.
Platform Liability Limits
The 9070 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, technical errors or unexpected downtime.
9070 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Technical disruptions or unavoidable server downtime
- Betting outcomes resulting from the user's own decisions
- Losses resulting from the user's own internet connection failure
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence
- Odds changes before a bet is fully confirmed by the system
9070's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
9070 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Detection of fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering
- Account closure requested by the user
- Accounts inactive beyond the stipulated period
- Non-compliance with the identity verification process
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users who voluntarily close their account may submit a valid withdrawal request for their remaining balance through 9070 support channels before the closure is finalised.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 9070 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of 9070 or its relevant licensors. You are not permitted to:
- Copying, redistributing, or using any content without written permission
- Modifying or creating derivative works from platform content
- Using the 9070 name or logo for personal commercial purposes
The 9070 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. These links do not imply that 9070 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and should review the respective terms independently.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
9070 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 9070 platform will be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users outside Malaysia who access this platform agree to be subject to Malaysian law in matters relating to their use of this service.
